As part of this job, we offer you the opportunity to take on the following tasks:

  • You are responsible for 2nd level support for all device requests.
  • You will be responsible for 2nd level support for all endpoint requests in the production environment.
  • You will be responsible for the technical support of users on site or at the service point.
  • You will be responsible for the expenses and receipt of IT equipment and mobile devices, including initial instruction for end users.
  • You will carry out software installations, solve hardware and software problems and process tickets.
  • You will provide our customers with advice and support and thus build sustainable customer relationships.
  • You will be responsible for the support, delivery and installation of PCs, laptops and printers.
  • You are willing to work shifts and, if necessary, to be on call for support.

Requirements:

  • You have completed IT vocational training, retraining or comparable knowledge acquired in practice and extensive professional experience, especially in the automotive sector.
  • You have very good hardware knowledge of the common manufacturers and have very good knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems.
  • Good English written & spoken communication skills.
  • You enjoy dealing with end users.
