About the role:

  • Reporting to Head of GTS APAC
  • Serve as the primary customer interface in Hong Kong, responsible for delivering technology sourcing services and managing the end-to-end commercial and operational engagement with customer, aligned to the global account structure.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface in Hong Kong, responsible for delivering technology sourcing services and managing the end-to-end commercial and operational engagement with QRT, aligned to the global account structure.

Role descriptions:

  • Customer and Account Ownership. Primary interface in Hong Kong and represent the overall customer / CC APAC account team
  • Technology Sourcing Execution – support end to end sourcing activities (Quote, Vendor Engagement, Pricing Alignment)
  • Support complex sourcing scenarios – Multi country, export import across the region
  • Commercial and transactional management – Commercial model with regional customer. Own regional billing and chargeback model aligning to global principles
  • Service and Operational teams coordination – Bridge between customer and GTS operations
  • Governance and Engagement – Participate in QBR / MBR. Own escalations and service model

Accountabilities:

  • Manage customer liaison to transact complex services and complex solution sales to maximise profit
  • Responsible for sales documentation and methodology to enable the sales process and information
  • Engage with appropriate resources and management to ensure solution meets customer needs
  • Closes standard deals with a degree of complexity and opportunities to maximise profitability
  • Identify customer queries and resolve to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Accountability for all operational transactions to ensure ownership of customer
  • Proactively builds customer contacts and rapport across a number of customers, levels and opportunities
  • Identify a broad range of opportunities and customers to develop sales campaigns
  • Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation

Performance indicators:

  • Contribution growth from aligned customers
  • Feedback from stake holders and customers demonstrating Winning Together and Roles specific competencies
  • Generation of new business opportunities in customer base and new customers
  • Contribute to campaign team in large complex contractual services opportunities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Graduate level education
  • 3-5 year sales experience
  • Ability to build effective and constructive relationships across a number of customers and opportunities
  • Virtual Team working
  • Ability to manage customer expectations
  • Comprehensive understanding of Computacenter's Solutions offerings and basic understanding of Services
  • Commercial, Financial and legal understanding
  • Negotiation and influencing skills applied across the various customer organisations
  • Ability to build effective and constructive relationships across a number of larger and more complex customers and opportunities at all levels
  • Ability to resolve significant customer issues whilst moving the business forward
