What You Will Do

• Deliver a variety of technical support tasks—either remotely or on-site—to keep our customers businesses running smoothly.
• Work closely with a small team to complete projects and tasks following our proven processes.
• Document your work accurately to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.
• Escalate and resolve issues promptly to meet customer expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients—because great experiences matter!

What We are Looking For

• Proven experience in Service Desk and/or IT Desktop Service environment is an ADVANTAGE.
• Must willing to work Bandar Utama and flexible with shift schedule between 7am – 7pm, Monday to Friday
• Proficiency in both Tagalog and English (spoken, written, and reading) is required.
• Someone who can follow instructions and procedures with attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.
• Basic IT knowledge—experience in IT Desktop Services is a plus!
• Familiarity with IT systems and applications aligned with industry standards.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts and be based in Bandar Utama.
