About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Operational Delivery Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of Onsite & Field Services within a defined geographic region. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence, meet contractual obligations, and drive service improvements that enhance customer satisfaction. You will work in a matrix environment, collaborating with internal teams, partners, and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Job Scope:
- Lead and manage operational delivery for Onsite & Field Services across your region.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, and service level agreements.
- Oversee incident/request management, asset tracking, stock levels, and data accuracy.
- Drive service improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Prepare and deliver operational and management reports; participate in service reviews.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and customer IT teams.
- Support transition programs and risk mitigation activities.
- Travel as needed within your region.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in operational service delivery, ideally in Onsite & Field Services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills in a matrix environment.
- Ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
