Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery Resources are directly responsible for executing the tasks required to achieve the project goals. This includes communicating project status, juggling multiple priorities, providing post-implementation support, and reporting status and any systemic issues back to the
• Project Coordinator.
• Liaise with firmwide teams and end users to plan and deliver major changes to the client desktop environment.
• Manage tasks for delivery resources.
• Report on progress.
• Capture and track RAID items. (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies)
• Use WS system for work item tracking to track and delivery items.

• Skill Description:

Essential:

• 5-10 years of experience.
• Professional level English and Business level Japanese.
• Liaise with firmwide teams and end users to plan and deliver major changes to the client desktop environment.
• Manage tasks for delivery resources.
• Report on progress.
