Our Client is looking for a Construction Project Manager to manage a Pharma Warehouse Build as described below:

This will involve managing of 1 or 2 projects at a budget ranging from $1,000,000 to $30,000,000 each in an FDA/GMP compliant facility. The scope of work will include, but not be limited to:

Manage and lead project(s) with full responsibility for scope, safety, budget, and schedule.

Has around 15 years of experience in a project management role thru all project phases: design, procurement, construction, startup, qualification.

Has good understanding of GMP warehouse design and operations. Including flows integral to and from manufacturing areas and shipping & receiving.

Lead the effort to meet design, safety, quality, and compliance requirements in accordance with Client procedure and standards.

Responsible for management of all engineering consultants, construction manager / general contractor, equipment vendors, qualification consultants.

Coordinate with site departments in execution of the project(s) to meet all site safety and operating procedures & policies.

Coordinate scope development w/ engineering consultant and site operations, engineering, EHS, maintenance staff.

Coordinate equipment vendors to align with the overall design and support the project schedule of FAT & SAT. Also, oversee field installation.

Experience in developments of URB, URS, FS, DS, IQ, OQ and PQ. Will require to coordinate with site personnel or consultant to produce the required validation documents.

Responsible for daily execution, scope management, change management, cost management, schedule management.

Has OSHA active 10 hour certification (minimum). Preferable to have active OSHA 30 hour certification.

Will be responsible to monitor on site construction safety, review and approval of JSAs, CSPs, LOTO and construction permits, etc.

Responsible to establish appropriate meetings and communication plan.

Assure that the construction manager / general contractor implements a comprehensive safety plan, site logistics plan, and actively manages all tasks.

Responsible to develop all reports, cost estimates, funding requests, and schedules per Company funding guidelines.

Responsible to maintain accurate up-to-date cost report, change log, risk register, schedule.

Responsible to prepare weekly status reports and ad-hock reports to present to management.
