We are seeking a person to head up our Complitech (by Maxima Compliance) product.. Reporting to the VP at Maxima Compliance this role can be based in the UK, Malta or Sweden.
What is Complitech?
Complitech (by Maxima Compliance) provides up-to-the-minute technical compliance requirements from more than 40 online gaming jurisdictions. It is designed to help i-gaming businesses enter new regulated markets faster and more cost efficiently. Complitech gives users instant access to a complete database of technical compliance requirements, spanning product type, requirement type and jurisdictions.

We help online gambling operators and suppliers gain a competitive edge through technical compliance and technical governance. Our vision goes beyond ticking all the boxes. We see compliance and governance as strategic tools for leveraging new market opportunities.
Your role:
- Create a realistic, sustainable roadmap for improvements to the product, which can be developed and implemented over 2+ years and consistently maintained in the future.
- Work closely with the VP of Technical Compliance Services to define and execute a successful product strategy.
- Work closely with the Product Owner, the digital marketing manager to align and develop the product as planned.
- Constantly focus on product optimization and implementing efficient ways of working.
- Maintain expert knowledge of market regulations and the Complitech database to cover the 40+ jurisdictions.
- Analysing and matching the requirements of all the new regulated market. Including the analysis on how each of the the requirements can be implemented and tested.
- Build relationships with regulators.
- Constantly monitoring changes in all regulated markets.
- Build long-term successful relationships with clients who will provide valuable feedback of the product.
- Train clients and internal stakeholders on the product functionalities.
- Build long-term successful relationships with regulators for current and new markets.
Preferred Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in compliance within i-gaming and excellent understanding of the industry.
- Expert knowledge in technical requirements, including but not limited to PAM, game platforms, games, RNG, ISS, ISMS, QMS, CMP. A plus if knowledge in regulatory requirements and licensing.
- Strong project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Technically minded with the ability to talk the same language as developers.
- Highly passionate about compliance and the i-gaming industry.
- Ability to think outside of the box and take initiative on new ideas.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop the team.
- Highly organized, efficient with excellent attention to detail.
- Long-term relationship building and client orientated approach.
- Fluent in spoken & written English, another language is a plus.
