For their production team, Vandezande is looking for a CNC Setup & Programmer.

What makes this job different?

At Vandezande, you won't be producing thousands of identical parts.

Most of the components you make are unique or produced in very small quantities.

You'll read technical drawings, set up and program the machine, choose the right machining approach and check

your finished work down to the smallest tolerance.

In short: you take a component from drawing to finished part.

Your responsibilities

• Set up and program CNC machines
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Produce mainly one-off and small-batch components
• Select appropriate tools and machine methods
• Measure and inspect finished components
• Check dimensions, tolerances and quality
• Make adjustments where necessary
• Work primarily with 3-axis CNC lathes
• Collaborate with colleagues from production and engineering

What you bring

• A technical diploma or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of CNC machines and controls
• Experience with CNC setup and programming
• Good knowledge of technical drawings, machining and measurement techniques
• An accurate and quality-focused approach
• Technical insight and a practical, hands-on mindset
• The ability to work independently while being a real team player
• A willingness to learn and develop your skills
