Job specification
Mechanical repair of light alloy car wheels according to provided drawings, work instructions, and quality regulations (defect catalog)
Compliance with the total daily number of wheels processed according to the plan
Main tasks
Work tasks:
Cleaning and polishing wheels
Compliance with work procedures and regulations
Checking wheels according to work instructions and regulations
Detecting defects according to the defect catalog
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace
Palletizing wheels (placing wheels on pallets) according to work instructions
Marking pallets with pallet labels
Restocking preparation areas with the appropriate semi-finished products
Transporting pallets and plastic spacers to the preparation area
Loading and, if necessary, removing castings and wheel workpieces onto roller conveyors or pallets
The employee is obliged to immediately report all detected deviations, such as dimensional deviations, machine defects, program errors, etc., to the relevant foreman or quality department employee
The employee must comply with safety regulations and work procedures, always use the assigned personal protective equipment, and perform all activities in accordance with the occupational safety policy according to ISO 45001.
The employee is obliged to keep the workplace clean and actively participate in environmental protection in accordance with the environmental policy according to ISO 14001, in particular to check for leaks during operation, comply with the principles for handling chemicals, sort waste and report any equipment malfunctions to the manager, and limit pollution.
In addition to the above tasks, the employee in this position is also required to perform other individual tasks assigned by their supervisor that are related to their job classification or are necessary for operational reasons.

Candidate Requirement
Experience in the automotive industry, experience in production operations manual repairs, CNC operation.
Professional knowledge
Creation of statistical reports, MS Office, Outlook, PC skills. Knowledge of Excel, ability to upload files and photos. Experience with writing emails.
Experience with measuring with a sliding caliper and other measuring tools.
Reading technical documentation
Experience with manually operated forklifts
Manual dexterity
Physical fitness
Good eyesight necessary for detecting errors
Minimum height 165 cm
Language skills
English B1/B2, technical English
