Details of the role:

The Fault Technician is responsible for resolving electrical and mechanical malfunctions and optimizing processes. He/she is an indispensable link in sustainable and innovative production environment.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Problem solver: Responds immediately to malfunctions and ensures the packaging process runs optimally.
  • Electrical malfunctions (60%-70%)
  • Mechanical malfunctions (40%-50%)
  • In need of an allround profile!
• Process improver: Contributes ideas for improvements and optimizations to make processes more efficient.
• Maintenance expert: Independently carries out maintenance tasks and prevents issues before they arise.
  • PLC: Must be able to read and adjust PLC programs; programming is not required and done by the engineers.

Profile:

• Bachelor degree in a technical field (electromechanics) or at least 7 years of experience in the field
• A solid knowledge of PLC applications and motor controls.
• Strong experience with repairing and replacing sensors.
• Strong technical insight and a hands-on approach
• Electrical AND mechanical knowledge
• Values structure, order, and cleanliness in a highly regulated production environment
• Critical, precise, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working in a shift system (early/late or night shifts)
