About the job Secretary/Personal Assistant to CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEOs schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B Pharm) is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
Prior experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
