Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEOs schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-ups as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B Pharm) is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.

Prior experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
