Production Operator

Job Specification:

• Operation of casting cells (casting machine, robot, trimming tool, spraying system, cooling system etc.)
• Visual Inspection of manufactures parts.
• Measuring parts with municipal and special measuring instruments.
• Deburing of manufactured parts.
• Autonomous maintenance (casting cell).

Candidate Requirements:

• manual dexterity.
• basic knowldge of working on a PC.
• knowledge in the field of mechanical engineering.
• welding - TIG, Electrics, Autogen
• basic knowledge of controlling technological equipment (cranes, casting cells HPDC).
• orientation in technical drawings, technological and control documentation.
• Knowledge of the casting production process.
• Knowledge of the main causes of defective parts and methods of their elimination.
