• Record accurate orders from the service staff and ensure their preparation and delivery.
• Ensure the designated service and standards in the preparation of baked goods.
• Ensure that all products are prepared thoroughly and according to valid recipes.
• Ensure and perform the preparation of baked goods
• and bakery products during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and at social events of various kinds in all areas of the establishment.
• Work in any section of the bakery.
• Provide qualified information about the offered selection of baked goods and bakery products.
• Ensure and carry out necessary preparatory work before opening and after closing the establishment. Inform the direct supervisor about the need for replenishing ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Check the condition and functionality of equipment in the establishment and report any malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of all equipment, devices, and operational areas.
• Participate in inventories and stocktaking at the establishment.
• Monitor the expiration dates of ingredients and supplies at the establishment.
• Report any deficiencies at the establishment to the direct supervisor.
• During operations, inquire about guest satisfaction and requests.
• Be responsible for the quality and contents of received goods in accordance with documentation. Be responsible for the cleanliness of storage areas and monitor product expiration dates.
• Be familiar with recipes and knowledgeable about inventory write-offs.
• Collaborate in creating new products, baked goods

Candidate Requirement:

• min. 3 years experiences with modern kitchen Mens/Womens
• Age: 25-45 years old
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Independence, performance, quality, timing, team spirit Non smoker
• Good health/medicaly fit
• Willing to learn Slovakia language
