SSR –heavy equipment technician

Your Job Function:

• Your work area will mainly be in the workshop in Oostende.
• The workshop is equipped with the latest tools and special tools.
• As a technician, you will join the foundation team and carry out interventions and periodic maintenance.
• You will repair foundation machines and cable cranes on various construction sites.
• In case of breakdowns and damage cases, you make up the condition of the machine.
• (An extensive training programme is provided).

Your profile :

• You have a technical degree within electromechanics, mechanics or automotive engineering.
• You have knowledge of heavy equipment machinery.
• Knowledge of PLC and vehicle electronics is a big plus!
• You are a team player, take initiative and are critical.
• You have an eye for detail and work proactively.
• You have a driving licence (B).
• You are motivated, willing to work, dynamic and can work independently.
• You are flexible.

Used heavy equipment:

The company has a large fleet of high-end machines to carry out foundation works. From broker guided foundation machines, anchor drills and silt wall cranes to cable cranes equipped with a flying broker, vibratory hammers and pile drivers. Each machine they can deploy to carry out different techniques such as cutter soil mixing, drilling piles, placing sheet piles or making in-situ piles, silt walls and anchors.
