Maintenance Technician – Fully Automated Warehouse

Are you passionate about technology and ready to take on a key role in a state-of-the-art automated warehouse?
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Nazareth. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and continuously improving our fully automated high-bay warehouse, which operates 24/7.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently and learning about advanced automation technology.
Your role:
From our control room, you and your colleagues monitor and control the processes within the fully automated warehouse. You make sure the installation keeps running safely, efficiently and reliably.
Your responsibilities include:
- Monitoring the automated warehouse systems and proactively identifying potential issues.
- Performing daily inspections and carrying out necessary maintenance and repairs.
- Analyzing the installation and identifying opportunities for improvement, which you discuss with the
- Maintenance Manager.
- Troubleshooting technical problems and taking the necessary action to minimize downtime.
- Ensuring a clear and thorough handover for the next shift, as the warehouse operates 24/7.
- Maintaining good communication with external partners, technicians and suppliers.
- Keeping the workplace organized and ensuring tools, spare parts and equipment are available and properly
- maintained.
- Working in accordance with all applicable safety procedures and regulations.
- Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.
What we're looking for:
You are a hands-on technician with a strong interest in technology and a natural problem-solving mindset.
You bring:
- A diploma in Electromechanics, Automotive Technology or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Initial experience in the mechanical maintenance of industrial installations.
- Knowledge of PLC systems is a strong plus.
- An interest in working at height and the ability to work safely in elevated environments.
- A willingness to learn and develop your technical skills continuously.
- A structured and solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting.
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player and flexibility and willingness to work in a two-shift system.
- A flexible attitude towards supporting colleagues outside your regular shift when required.
- Above all, a genuine passion for technology and maintenance.
