CØMPΛNIUM Hospitality is conducting a confidential search for an accomplished Executive Chef on behalf of a leading 5-star beachfront resort located in a U.S. territory in the Pacific region.

This role represents a strategic executive appointment within the property's leadership structure.

The Opportunity

The Executive Chef serves as the strategic leader of all culinary operations and holds full accountability for culinary excellence, operational performance, financial results, and guest satisfaction across multiple dining venues and large-scale banquet operations.

The role requires both visionary leadership and disciplined operational execution within a complex, high-volume luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Culinary Leadership

Define and execute the overall culinary vision in alignment with brand positioning and market expectations
Drive innovation while maintaining consistency, feasibility, and operational excellence
Position each outlet as a distinct and profitable culinary experience

Operational & Financial Performance

Oversee multi-outlet kitchens, banquets, and large-scale event operations
Ensure each culinary venue operates as a disciplined profit center
Monitor food cost, labor ratios, and margin optimization
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
Implement procurement, inventory control, and waste management best practices

Team Leadership & Talent Development

Lead and mentor Executive Sous Chefs, Sous Chefs, and full culinary brigade
Build a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and professionalism
Develop succession planning and structured training programs
Foster collaboration, respect, and operational discipline

Quality, Compliance & Standards

Maintain uncompromising standards of hygiene, safety, and quality
Ensure full compliance with HACCP and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular inspections of facilities, processes, and execution
Uphold brand integrity and consistency across all outlets

Guest Experience & Brand Differentiation

Elevate the overall dining experience through creativity and execution excellence
Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective action when necessary
Support signature events and revenue-driving culinary initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • Proven Executive Chef experience within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment
  • Strong background managing multi-outlet kitchens and significant banquet volume
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and cost control expertise
  • Experience within Asia or exposure to Asian culinary concepts is an advantage
  • Structured, disciplined leadership style with strong team development capability
  • Eligible to work in the United States (U.S. passport holder or U.S. permanent resident)
