Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Regional Marketing Director to join their team. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and branding, with a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry.

As the Regional Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue and brand awareness for their properties Restaurants and Nightlife Venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for the region, in line with the company's overall objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Both at a Corporate level and on-property
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the hospitality industry.
  • Collaborate with the sales and revenue teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that drive bookings and revenue.
  • Manage the company's digital presence, including website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other partners to increase brand visibility and awareness.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximizing ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for new marketing initiatives to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Middle Eastern market and cultural nuances is a must.
