Position: High-end lifestyle Restaurant General Manager

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a restaurant GM in Las Vegas. 

Our client is a key player on the  High-end lifestyle restaurant industry, with a footprint in the Middle-East, Europe, Asia and the US.

Job Description:

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant in Las Vegas. 

You will work closely with the executive team to ensure that the restaurant is operating efficiently and delivering an exceptional dining experience to the guests. 

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Hiring, training, and managing a team of restaurant staff

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

- Monitoring and managing restaurant finances, including budgeting and cost control

- Collaborating with the executive chef to create and update menus

- Maintaining high standards of food quality and service

- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Conducting regular meetings with staff to provide feedback and address any issues

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers

- Maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers

- Ensuring the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times

- Staying updated on industry trends and implementing new ideas to improve the restaurant's performance

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry with a needed experience in a renowned high-end lifestyle restaurant

- Experience in Las Vegas

- Ideally an understanding of the French, European culture

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices

- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and managing budgets

- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional manner

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
