```Duties```

- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide speech therapy services to patients of all ages, including pediatrics and adults
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies for continued improvement
- Stay up-to-date with current research and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology

```Experience```

- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience in acute care settings, such as ICU or critical care, is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology related to speech and swallowing disorders
