Senior Graphic Designer

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join Reyal Design's creative team and produce high-quality visual content across digital marketing, social media, web, and client projects.

The ideal candidate combines strong artistic and design fundamentals with modern AI-assisted production skills, allowing them to increase creative output without sacrificing quality, originality, or brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, digital marketing, and client campaigns.

• Develop visual concepts and translate creative direction into polished designs.

• Work across multiple brands and maintain consistent visual identities.

• Collaborate with social media, web, and marketing teams.

• Use Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for professional design production.

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, editing, and variations while maintaining high creative standards.

• Adapt designs for multiple platforms, formats, and audiences.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

• Contribute creative ideas and proactively improve visual content and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Strong Figma experience.

• Proven portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and creative execution.

• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing.

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, branding, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience using AI-powered creative tools in a professional workflow.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong English communication skills.

Work Arrangement

Remote — Colombia | Full-time
Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET
Candidate must provide their own computer and reliable internet.
