AI Automation & Integration Specialist

The Role

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level AI Automation & Integration Specialist to help Reyal Design automate internal processes, connect business systems, and leverage AI to improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can evaluate existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and independently build practical AI-powered solutions across the company's technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered automations and workflows across business operations.

• Connect and automate workflows between Claude, ClickUp, Figma, Google Workspace, and other business applications.

• Identify repetitive processes and recommend opportunities for automation.

• Build integrations using APIs, automation platforms, webhooks, and other appropriate technologies.

• Develop AI-assisted workflows that improve productivity, communication, project management, and content production.

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations and integrations.

• Evaluate new AI tools and technologies and recommend practical applications.

• Document workflows and solutions to ensure maintainability and scalability.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, integrations, or a related technical role.

• Hands-on experience implementing AI and automation solutions in real business environments.

• Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation workflows.

• Experience with tools such as Claude/ChatGPT, ClickUp, Figma, and Google Workspace.

• Experience working with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and turn business requirements into working solutions.

• Strong English communication skills.

A technical, resourceful, and highly autonomous builder who understands both AI and business operations. The ideal person doesn't simply recommend tools—they can actually implement solutions, connect systems, and continuously improve workflows.

Work Arrangement

Remote — Colombia | Full-time
Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET
Candidate must provide their own computer and reliable internet.
