TL;DR - Hey, I'm Rolando, Founder of SLIDEAS. My company turns ideas into influence, helping

expanding, and we're looking for an ops-minded leader to help us build the systems and

The Vision

I believe we are entering the Age of the Storyteller—a unique moment in time where human

storytelling becomes the ultimate superskill. I believe the next decade will reward the people who

can create clarity, relevance, and emotional resonance by leaning on their own authentic humanity,

then direct AI to amplify that at scale.

Here's what I'm seeing: as AI continues making pitch decks and presentations easier, other skillsets

are becoming rarer (yet more important than ever): The ability to think clearly. To synthesize

complexity. To tell a persuasive story. To move people emotionally.

SLIDEAS exist exactly for this moment: When slides get cheaper and persuasion gets more

valuable. Our mission is to help founders and leaders build that capability through human-centered

storytelling, AI-enabled workflows, and repeatable systems for high-stakes communication.

The Problem

The vision is in place. The opportunity is crystal clear. Customers are begging for it.

But I'm a visionary with more good ideas than I can personally execute. Closing that gap is the next

big unlock for this business— and it's the part I can't do alone.

The business needs a sharp, operations-minded leader to help plan, build and execute. A key piece

of this puzzle, working next to me on key business initiatives. That's why you're seeing this post.

Where You Come In: Someone Who

Gets handed an elegant mess of an awesome thing, and can put structure, timelines and

milestones to it, and then builds it so half of it runs without them. I need someone who can

think with me, follow the thread, capture the gold, organize the chaos, and help me execute.

If this energizes you, we might be dangerous together.

Enjoys a balanced blend of autonomy and collaboration. You'll work directly with me, acting

as a thought partner and co-builder. When we agree on an outcome, you ask clarifying

questions, help brainstorm solutions, push back when needed, request resources, and then

you just go execute. We align on WHAT and WHY, you figure out the HOW.

Is an AI + automations pro. Deep familiarity with prompting, skills, routines, workflow

mapping, etc. is a must (no deep coding/technical abilities required for the role—if you canrun with Claude Skills, Scheduled Tasks, Google Workspace, and Zapier/Make/n8n, you're

in).

Gets a thrill from closed loops, completed projects, and finalized outcomes.

Can be a part of building the machine, not necessarily running it. More than execute the

task, you can design the system and test it out. As soon as it makes sense to delegate tasks,

roles and functions to another team member or AI, you can help us do so.

Can communicate clearly and respond consistently.

Is open, resourceful and curious. Brings a true yes, and, how might we?-type mentality

to every meeting.

Is smart, kind and fun to work with. I believe work should be exciting, creative and fun.

Otherwise, what's the point?

Not a fit if: You need the whole plan before you start · you want to be told what to do each week ·

you don't use AI · you've never solved similar problems or held similar roles · you can't provide

references or referrals. This is NOT an Executive Assistant role.

The Goal

Help us build the operating layer that makes the vision a reality. Help the founder (me) stay

focused on the vision, the authority building (speaking/content), the selling and the storytelling. And

let's rebuild how the backend works.

More importantly, I'm looking for someone who is looking to grow personally and

professionally—and that's the opportunity I'm hoping SLIDEAS provides for you.

The Details

Remote with flexible hours. Eastern/Central US time zones preferred, not required. Most

communication would happen over Zoom, WhatsApp or email.

Outcomes matter more than schedules. I'm a dad and husband, a frequent traveler, and I

care deeply about freedom. I don't track hours and don't expect you to. Rather, I trust you

when you say something will be done by a certain time. When the work happens is less of a

concern for me.

Fractional contract to start, with a real path to something larger if it's a fit. Hours and rate are

open on purpose. I'd rather find the right person and build the role around them than guess at

a box and make someone fit it.

Specific functions you'd help automate / improve upon:

Lead Pipeline - proposals, invoices, onboarding

Delivery - project management, SOPs, templates

Backend Systems - tech stack, file management, dashboards

Contractors & Vendors - sourcing, hiring, tracking

Content - organizing, scheduling, publishing

Must be able to provide references and referrals.

Zapier, Zoom, Calendly, Fathom, Loom, Wave, Gusto, Poppy
