About Committed Staff

Committed Staff is a LATAM-focused staffing and talent placement firm dedicated to connecting exceptional professionals with high-growth organizations across the Americas. We partner with companies that are scaling their operations and need talent that delivers from day one.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven NetSuite Product Manager / Product Owner with a strong understanding of inventory management processes and ERP ecosystems. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, owning the product vision and roadmap for NetSuite-based solutions — with a particular focus on Advanced Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and related operational workflows.

You will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, ensure delivery quality, and drive continuous improvement of the platform to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for NetSuite inventory and warehouse management initiatives, aligning priorities with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development and configuration teams.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between operations, finance, warehouse, and IT teams to ensure NetSuite solutions meet real-world workflows.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews within an Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and system adoption; drive data-informed product decisions.
  • Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles, working closely with end users to validate that delivered features meet requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize NetSuite configurations, WMS workflows, and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., barcode scanners, shipping platforms).
  • Manage and prioritize requests for bin/location management, multi-warehouse configuration, and inventory costing adjustments (FIFO, LIFO, Average Cost).
  • Support training, documentation, and change management efforts during new feature rollouts.
  • Stay current on NetSuite releases and emerging best practices to proactively recommend platform improvements.

Requirements

Experience & Background

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in an ERP environment, preferably NetSuite.
  • Proven track record managing inventory, supply chain, or warehouse management products or modules.
  • Solid understanding of NetSuite Advanced Inventory Management concepts: bin and location management, multi-warehouse configuration, inventory costing methods (FIFO, LIFO, Average Cost), item records, transfers, adjustments, and assemblies.
  • Familiarity with WMS workflows including mobile device picking, putaway strategies, and barcode scanning integration — ability to evaluate and document these processes without necessarily configuring them directly.

Product & Agile Skills

  • Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to write clear, concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, sprint ceremonies, and executive-level reviews.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting to drive product decisions and measure outcomes.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) — this is a client-facing role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management: ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision.
  • Analytical mindset with a bias for structured problem-solving.
  • Proactive, self-managed, and comfortable working in a remote, cross-cultural environment.

Nice to Have

  • NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation).
  • Experience with NetSuite SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, or SuiteAnalytics from a product oversight perspective.
  • Background in logistics, 3PL, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
  • Experience with WMS platforms beyond NetSuite (e.g., Manhattan, HighJump, Fishbowl).

What We Offer

  • Competitive USD-based compensation package.
  • 100% remote work with flexible scheduling.
  • Direct exposure to scaling U.S.-based clients across diverse industries.
  • A collaborative, fast-paced team that values ownership and impact.
  • Professional growth opportunities and access to ongoing training resources.
