Data Scientist LATAM (Remote)
Were looking for a versatile Data Scientist with strong analytical and marketing experience to join a high-performing global team. This role involves developing data-driven solutions that support growth and decision-making for large-scale businesses.
Youll work across the entire data science lifecycle from problem definition and model development to communicating actionable insights that shape business and marketing strategies.
What Youll Do

Design, test, and implement data science models such as Marketing Mix Modeling, time series forecasting, and advanced regression to guide business and marketing decisions.

Conduct statistical experiments to uncover insights and improve marketing performance.

Build and refine data models and pipelines, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.

Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, media, and strategy) to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Present complex analyses and findings in a clear, concise way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What Were Looking For

Strong foundation in Bayesian statistics, mathematics, and experimental design.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and R.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, ideally with applications in marketing analytics or growth strategy.

Experience with optimization methods and statistical modeling.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain data insights clearly.

Proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for solving complex business problems.

Based in Latin America and available for remote work.
Nice to Have

Experience with Terraform, microservices, or cloud infrastructure automation.
