International Admission Consellor (Latin America)

We are seeking proactive and dynamic International Admission Counsellors to join our growing team. This role focuses on student recruitment, outreach, and engagement for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The ideal candidate will engage with students, families, and educational institutions to drive the admissions process effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to prospective students and families during the application process.
• Conduct outbound communication (calls, video meetings, WhatsApp) to engage leads and applicants.
• Maintain CRM records, ensuring all lead activities and student touchpoints are documented accurately.
• Develop relationships with schools, educational agencies, and networks to identify student opportunities.
• Participate in virtual or in-person school events and fairs to promote TETR programs.
• Address inquiries, providing clear and accurate information on admissions processes, program details, and visa requirements.
• Support students in completing applications and preparing necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance outreach efforts and campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales-oriented roles.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (verbal and written proficiency essential); Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage high lead volumes.
• Understanding of high school curricula across LATAM countries.
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
