We are seeking proactive and dynamic International Admission Counsellors to join our growing team. This role focuses on student recruitment, outreach, and engagement for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The ideal candidate will engage with students, families, and educational institutions to drive the admissions process effectively.
Role Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager will lead recruitment and business development efforts across Latin America. This role involves building strategic partnerships with schools, universities, and agencies, driving enrollment growth, and leading a team of counsellors to achieve regional targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute student recruitment strategies for LATAM, focusing on schools, agencies, and direct outreach.
- Lead a team of counsellors by managing performance, providing coaching, and ensuring targets are met.
- Build strong B2B partnerships with educational institutions, exchange agencies, and business schools.
- Represent TETR at events, webinars, and educational fairs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement localized outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to leadership.
- Ensure seamless application processes for students, coordinating with internal teams on visa and admissions support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the education sector.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, student recruitment, or business development, preferably within the international education sector.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus).
- Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (schools, agencies, families).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and reporting systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for education, startups, and international business.
