As a Senior React Native/React Software Engineer, you will:

Youll play a central role in shaping the frontend experience across mobile and web platforms. Beyond coding, youll be deeply invested in understanding our users and their needs, ensuring that each feature you develop delivers real value. Youll collaborate with our design and product teams to build intuitive, scalable, and high-quality solutions that elevate the entire user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build High-Quality User Experiences: Design and implement polished, responsive interfaces for mobile and web, focusing on usability, speed, and performance.
• Lead Frontend Excellence: Take ownership of major features, contribute to the core codebase, and uphold high standards in code quality, testing, and scalability.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, design, engineering, and AI teams to deliver cohesive and seamless user experiences.
• Mentor and Support Team Growth: Conduct thoughtful code reviews, share knowledge, and help mentor other engineers to foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Explore and implement new tools, frameworks, and processes that enhance performance, efficiency, and code reliabilitywith a constant focus on the user.

About You:

• Education: Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in frontend development with a track record of delivering high-quality user interfaces.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in React, React Native, and TypeScript, with proven experience optimizing performance across mobile and web.
• Customer-Focused Mindset: Deep interest in understanding user needs and translating insights into impactful product features.
• Code Quality Advocate: Passionate about clean, maintainable, and testable code, and promoting best practices across the team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in working with product and design teams, and known for proactive, clear communication.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and able to balance rapid development cycles with attention to quality.
• Startup Experience: Previous experience in a startup setting is essential.
