Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and trustworthy IT Support Specialist to join a fast-growing international team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing internal IT operations, supporting employees with system access and configuration, and ensuring a secure and efficient tech environment across the company. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Brazil or Argentina.
Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for internal tools and systems

Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including access setup and device configuration

Administer SaaS tools and user groups (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, etc.)

Support MDM (Mobile Device Management) using tools like Kandji, JAMF, or similar
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve access or device-related issues
-
Maintain IT documentation and inventory

Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues
-
Support implementation of internal security best practices
Mandatory Requirements:

2+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Administration roles

Experience managing user access, systems, and internal SaaS platforms

Hands-on experience with Google Workspace Admin and Jira (or similar ticketing system)

Familiarity with MDM tools (Kandji, JAMF, or similar)

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Ability to work autonomously and handle sensitive information responsibly

Residing in Brazil or Argentina, with full-time availability

Experience automating tasks using Python or Bash

Familiarity with remote support tools

Exposure to DevOps environments or collaboration with engineering teams
