Colere Talent Partners is working with a leading San Diego based law firm to find a dynamic Legal Secretary in their San Diego office. 

A downtown San Diego office is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Litigation team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and has at least 5+ years of experience providing litigation assistance and secretarial support in a fast-paced environment. The selected person will work with attorneys specializing in corporate and commercial litigation law, performing tasks such as formatting legal documents, entering attorney time and billing, e-filing legal documents, corresponding with clients, submitting expense reports, and calendaring. The candidate must be comfortable communicating with clients and partners, and have the ability to work with different attorney styles.

A successful candidate will be comfortable with iManage or a similar document management system, Microsoft Office Suite, expense reporting software, and time entry software, and have a high aptitude for technology.

The attorney team you'd support has cases including complex business disputes, civil litigation, including matters involving contracts, and possibly some IP matters.

This position is in Downtown San Diego with paid parking and offers a hybrid scheudle.

Compensation is commensurate with experience but will range from $80-97K, candidates outside this range with strong experience will also be considered.
