Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Extensive experience in ORC turbine control and system management
  with a strong background in managing the installation, commissioning, and quality control of ORC control systems in geothermal and thermal waste heat power plants. Proven expertise in overseeing specialized contractors, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring optimal efficiency of turbine control systems.

Essential Functions:

• ·Develop criteria and select contractors for ORC control system installation.
• Supervise and guide installation processes, ensuring adherence to design and efficiency standards.
• Conduct special inspections and fine-tuning to meet performance requirements.
• Manage daily progress reports, evaluate contractor performance, and maintain effective communication between installation sites and
  engineering centers.
• Lead quality assurance, troubleshooting, and commissioning processes for ORC power plants.
• Focused on delivering high-quality results, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring successful project execution.
