Position Purpose / Summary:
Under the direction of the company's Global Security Sr. Manager, the Honduras Security Supervisor will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and developing global security procedures, practices, and programs to protect personnel, assets, and reputation.

Responsibilities:

1. Security Operations:
- Protect people, assets, and company reputation.
- Audit contracted security force procedures, checklists, and rounds.
- Ensure compliance with CTPAT supply chain security program, including annual facility audit, risk assessments, and high-security seal inventory.

2. Security Management:
- Lead security project management and implementation.
- Train and develop contracted security force and CCTV operators.
- Coordinate visitor secure transportation and emergency response.
- Maintain operational CCTV and other security-related technologies.
- Implement and maintain Supply Chain Security (CTPAT) processes and procedures.

3. Leadership and Supervision:
- Provide leadership in security management and promote a positive security/safety culture.
- Supervise and guide contracted security guards and CCTV system operators.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable Global Security and Contract Company in Honduras policies and procedures.

4. Risk Management:
- Identify vulnerabilities and implement best practices to reduce risk.
- Inform about risks that could compromise the security of people and products. - Recommend corrective actions to upgrade the sites physical and technical security.

5. Coordination and Support:
- Coordinate secure transportation for company visitors.
- Establish loss prevention programs to protect company assets.
- Provide crisis management support and investigative support to Global Security & Site Management.
- Liaise with local law enforcement, U.S. Department of State Regional Security Officer, and CBP/DHS personnel.
