Role Overview

We are looking for a specialist to drive the design and implementation of automated engagement strategies. Core Technical Focus

  • Architecting Journeys: Build sophisticated, multi-step automation flows using advanced branching logic based on real-time data, user behavior, and compliance status.

  • Communication Strategy: Deploy multi-channel messaging solutions (starting with SMS and expanding to broader digital touchpoints).

  • Data-Driven Segmentation: Configure dynamic audience segments and manage complex preference/consent frameworks.

  • Business Empowerment: Prioritize "low-code/no-code" configurations to allow non-technical stakeholders to manage and update journeys independently.

  • Onboarding & Lifecycle Management: Develop automated "Welcome" sequences triggered by new customer registrations or service initiations to establish preferred communication lines.

  • Transactional & Financial Workflows: Design automated touchpoints for the payment lifecycle, including status updates, document availability alerts, and proactive payment reminders.

  • Platform Transition: Oversee the migration of existing communication templates and logic from legacy messaging tools into the modern Customer Insights environment.

Professional Requirements

  • Platform Expertise: Extensive functional background in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (CRM/CE).

  • Evolutionary Mindset: Strong experience in traditional Marketing modules with a proven ability to transition skills into the latest Customer Insights / Real-time Journey features.

  • Analytical Design: Ability to map out complex conditional logic that responds to specific customer triggers and financial milestones.

  • Integration Knowledge: Understanding of how to replace or migrate from third-party messaging providers to a consolidated Microsoft solution.
