Job Description:

Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Research and build targeted lead contact lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, and similar tools.
  • Verify and clean lead data to ensure high-quality outreach.
  • Assist in planning and executing email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including personalisation and automation setup.
  • Help track, measure, and report campaign performance.

Digital Marketing & SEO:

  • Assist in creating and optimising high-converting landing pages (e.g., using tools like Unbounce, Webflow).
  • Use Google Analytics (GA4) and Hotjar to track visitor behaviour and support A/B testing initiatives.
  • Conduct keyword research and assist in on-page SEO optimisations (meta descriptions, alt text, internal linking, etc.).
  • Help review website performance and suggest improvements based on SEO best practices.

Social Media & Branding:

  • Assist in creating engaging social media posts and blog content that align with the companys brand and messaging.
  • Grow social media engagement and followers through organic strategies.
  • Monitor social media sentiment and competitor activity, providing insights for content strategy.

Paid Ads (Google & Social Media) (If Experienced or Willing to Learn):

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining Google AdWords campaigns (keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance monitoring).

Whats Expected from You:

  • Some prior experience in digital marketing (internships, freelance, or proven practical coursework similar to the above).
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools (Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, or similar) -- Nice to have, but can be taught
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid ads
  • Strong writing skills and/or AI manipulation skills for social media and email marketing content.
  • Comfortable working with automation and marketing tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • A proactive self-learner with an analytical mindset we love people who take initiative!
