SEO Specialist (Off-Page & Link Building)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and domain authority.
  • Build and manage high-quality backlink acquisition through guest posting, outreach, digital PR, and partnerships.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and webmasters for link-building opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze backlink profiles, identifying and removing toxic links using tools like Google Disavow Tool.
  • Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify link-building opportunities.
  • Optimize and implement strategic content marketing campaigns for natural link acquisition.
  • Manage and track link-building KPIs, such as DR (Domain Rating), DA (Domain Authority), and organic traffic growth.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and latest SEO best practices.
  • Work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall business goals. 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in off-page SEO and link building.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Experience in outreach and guest blogging.
  • Understanding of Google ranking factors and domain authority metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track SEO performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
