The ideal candidate for this role:

We are seeking an experienced professional for a hands-on leadership role in branding with about 10 years of experience in marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding and marketing and be familiar with branding in the IT sector. While the candidate should have marketing experience, the primary focus will be on creating branding strategies and positioning rather than marketing itself.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Around 10 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a leadership role. Be an expert in branding.
  • Industry Background: Strong experience in the IT field is essential. A strong understanding of the tech industry's dynamics, challenges, and opportunities is crucial. Experience with outstaffed/outsourced companies is a must.
  • Niche Experience: Experience working with recruitment agencies is a significant plus, as it demonstrates an understanding of the unique branding challenges in these sectors.
  • Strategic and Hands-On: The candidate must be both strategic and hands-on, as they will be responsible for all aspects of branding strategy development and implementation. Despite holding a leadership title, the role requires direct involvement in the execution of branding initiatives.
  • Freelance Flexibility: The role is freelance-based (consultancy), offering flexibility. However, the main focus is on effectively managing and executing tasks to drive the company's branding objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Brand Positioning: Develop and implement effective positioning strategies for the company, ensuring that the brand stands out in a competitive marketplace.
  • Brand Strategy Development: Lead the creation of comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company's goals and vision.
  • Execution: Take a hands-on approach to implement branding strategies, overseeing all aspects from concept to completion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team and the CEO to ensure that branding efforts are cohesive and support broader company objectives.
