 Job Description:

Job functions 

Custrack

·      Updating the Custrack system by ensuring that client information is not duplicated  

·      Check client activity before moving the client to a specific  rep

·      Monitor sale representatives Custrack activity when requested from relevant Manager 

·      Load new equipment on Custrack

·      Administer Custrack training for all new sales reps 

 

Reports

·      Produce weekly activity reports for sales reps

·      Produce Call reports 

·      Opposition miff reports

·      Opposition machine in field report

·      Financial report on serial number

 

Settlements

·      When reps request for Assetfin settlements  check who the clients belongs to before sending the settlement through

·       Forward settlement requests to SOX

 

Billing

·      Send billing request to SOX once received I forward to the reps requesting

 

 

Requirements and Skills 

·     Grade 12

·     1-2  years administrative experience

·     Must have data base administration experience 

·     Must be proficient in excel

Clients Billing Excel Sales Training
