Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams in software development.
• Design and deploy distributed systems and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Implement efficient processes and ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Develop testing tools for complex systems and handle system design trade-offs.
• Collaborate on product backlogs and drive feature development.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development, with Java expertise (Core, Spring/SpringBoot).
• 2+ years leading teams and contributing to system architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong skills in system design, data structures, and algorithms.

Preferred Skills

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with multithreading, RESTful services, and front-end frameworks like React/Angular.
• Proficiency in containerization, DevOps, and version control tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
