About the job Manager - ROHQ Special Projects (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba)
Summary:
A leading financial institution is looking for a Manager for Special Projects to support the design, build, testing, and rollout of finance systems projects. Working under the Finance Reporting Head, this role plays a key part in delivering large-scale transformation initiatives with exposure to both local and regional stakeholders. This is a 12-month project engagement, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role subject to performance and business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise, coordinate and work with project stakeholders for the design, build and testing activities of the project, working with FR Head and under the supervision of ROFO Head.
- Help timely complete and implement the project based on agreed deliverables, including complete documentation and handover.
- Timely communicate regular updates, raise concerns, and resolution thereof. Timely identify and address any issues or challenges during the project and contribute to finding solutions and keeping the project on track.
- Handle invoice management and accounts payable processing for ROHQ-Manila.
- Assist ROFO Head for Finance tasks and projects that may be assigned/delegated.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CPA a plus but not required)
- 8+ years experience in finance systems, ideally in insurance or financial services
- 6-10 years hands-on experience in finance system implementation and project rollouts
- Proficient in SAP Hana (AP & FICO modules); SAP-Ariba knowledge is an advantage
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Agile, independent, and effective in multinational, project-driven environments
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite), dayshift
