About the job Key Accounts Officer
Responsibilities:

Analyzes market conditions within the assigned sales territory to forecast sales volume, pricing, and market share.

Promotes, sells, and distributes Dry Mix products across the sales network to achieve targeted volume and market share objectives.

Manages customer accounts effectively by ensuring timely collection of payments and proper handling of receivables and collateral.

Builds and sustains strong relationships with key personnel across all customer channels to support long-term business growth.

Plans and delivers product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for customers and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Must be a college graduate, preferably in Business or Engineering
- Must have at least three to five (3-5) years sales-related experience in any construction-related products, specifically Dry Mix (paints, chemicals, cement, or dry mortar industries)
- Preferably with exposure on solution selling, value creation, and distributor management
- Must have a Non-Professional Driver's License
location: Cebu-based and will cover both Cebu and Iloilo
