About the job Key Accounts Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes market conditions within the assigned sales territory to forecast sales volume, pricing, and market share.

  • Promotes, sells, and distributes Dry Mix products across the sales network to achieve targeted volume and market share objectives.

  • Manages customer accounts effectively by ensuring timely collection of payments and proper handling of receivables and collateral.

  • Builds and sustains strong relationships with key personnel across all customer channels to support long-term business growth.

  • Plans and delivers product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for customers and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Must be a college graduate, preferably in Business or Engineering
  • Must have at least three to five (3-5) years sales-related experience in any construction-related products, specifically Dry Mix (paints, chemicals, cement, or dry mortar industries)
  • Preferably with exposure on solution selling, value creation, and distributor management
  • Must have a Non-Professional Driver's License

location: Cebu-based and will cover both Cebu and Iloilo
