A leading lifestyle retail company is looking for a Corporate Services Senior Manager to lead its core support functions across Engineering & Facilities, Information Systems, and Administrative Services. This role ensures operational excellence and cost efficiency for HQ, store, and warehouse locations. You will also act as the Admin Services Manager, taking on increased ownership over administrative governance, procurement, and workplace services to support the brand's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and operations of HQ, stores, and warehouse facilities to ensure safety and operational standards.
  • Lead store fit-out, renovation, and engineering projects aligned with brand and design standards.
  • Drive preventive maintenance systems, asset tracking, and facility lifecycle management while implementing sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, network reliability, and POS systems stability across all business sites.
  • Strengthen cybersecurity, data protection, and system controls while leading efficient IT support and SLA management.
  • Lead end-to-end administrative operations, including non-trade procurement, logistics, and workplace services.
  • Drive procurement excellence through vendor sourcing, accreditation, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
  • Standardize and enforce administrative policies, governance, and documentation across HQ and retail environments.
  • Partner with business leaders to align corporate services with growth, expansion, and operational priorities.
  • Establish metrics and reporting to track service performance, cost efficiency, and operational reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in corporate services or operations, ideally within the retail or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong background in facilities management, IT systems, and administrative operations.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, process improvements, and vendor negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with strong balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
