Summary:
A leading software company, specializing in data management and data governance solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist with expertise in Google and Bing Ads, as well as experience with LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter ads, to join its dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms as well as on B2B/B2C social media such as LinkedIn, Meta, etc.
- Account Based Marketing (ABM)
- Collaborate with regional and global teams and internal stakeholders regarding campaign details, requirements and results.
- Create and optimize ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter to drive engagement and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
- Manage budgets and bids to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of ROI targets
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and search engine marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals
- Utilize industry tools and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Google and Bing Ads
- Experience in dealing with global teams is a big plus
- Combined experience in B2B and B2C marketing; SaaS marketing experience is a big plus
- Proven experience with Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Twitter, and other social ads
- In-depth knowledge of paid media best practices and industry tools
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Advanced ad campaign optimization skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
- Google Analytics 4 certification is a plus
- Familiarity with ABM tools such as 6Sense is a big plus
- Knowledge of other languages (FR/DE/CN) is a plus
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Schedule: Shifting/Mid-Shift (2:00-11:00 PM)
