Summary:

A leading software company, specializing in data management and data governance solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist with expertise in Google and Bing Ads, as well as experience with LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter ads, to join its dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms as well as on B2B/B2C social media such as LinkedIn, Meta, etc.
  • Account Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams and internal stakeholders regarding campaign details, requirements and results.
  • Create and optimize ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter to drive engagement and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Manage budgets and bids to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of ROI targets
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and search engine marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals
  • Utilize industry tools and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Google and Bing Ads
  • Experience in dealing with global teams is a big plus
  • Combined experience in B2B and B2C marketing; SaaS marketing experience is a big plus
  • Proven experience with Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Twitter, and other social ads
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media best practices and industry tools
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Advanced ad campaign optimization skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
  • Google Analytics 4 certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with ABM tools such as 6Sense is a big plus
  • Knowledge of other languages (FR/DE/CN) is a plus

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Schedule: Shifting/Mid-Shift (2:00-11:00 PM)
