Job Title: Information Security Manager

Work Setup: Onsite, 5x a week

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Information Security Manager to lead and strengthen our organization's information security framework. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT security, compliance, and risk management, and will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing security policies and procedures aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organizations Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, and ITIL.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and gap analysis to identify vulnerabilities and ensure effective security controls.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into business processes and IT systems.
• Lead incident response planning and investigation of security breaches, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Develop and deliver information security awareness training for employees.
• Prepare reports and metrics for leadership regarding security incidents, compliance status, and risk mitigation efforts.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in a similar Information Security role, with minimum 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of information security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience implementing and managing ISO 27001, NIST, and other cybersecurity standards.
• Deep understanding of IT security principles, infrastructure security, and data protection regulations.
• Strong awareness of business risk related to non-compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
