Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of Rewards & Well-being functional areas including compensation and benefits (including health and welfare, retirement and worklife) – as well as absence, well-being, recognition and safety programs.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and coach the Rewards & Well-being team to ensure service delivery excellence and alignment with business objectives.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct timely performance evaluations in accordance with company guidelines and the Philippine Labor Code.
  • Identify skill gaps and develop tailored learning and development plans to build expertise in compensation, benefits, and well-being programs.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and mutual respect.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point for complex issues related to leaves, workplace safety, compensation structures, and associate benefits.
  • Support system-wide policy implementation and continuous process improvements to drive automation, compliance, and associate engagement.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to direct reports; develop team members technical and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects in collaboration with Benefits & Well-being COE, HR Service Center, HR Technology, Payroll, Legal, IT, Finance, Associate Communications and vendor partners, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Total Rewards data across systems including Workday, Dimensions, ServiceNow, and vendor platforms.
  • Maintain operational dashboards and reporting cadence to track compliance, engagement, and key performance indicators.
  • Develop, effectuate and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and oversee internal audits related to leave administration, benefit invoicing, and compensation adjustments.
  • Participate in vendor management activities including issue resolution, contract support, service delivery evaluation, and compliance monitoring.
  • Remain current on relevant legislation and industry trends; translate findings into actionable recommendations to enhance Total Rewards strategy and execution.

Must have:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in at least two of the following areas: benefits administration, compensation, absence management in a global shared service environment (required)
  • 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience in a global shared service environment (required)
  • ​​4 Year/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)​

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization or healthcare system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies related to ADA, FMLA, and wage compliance
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and job evaluations
  • Understanding of benefits and wellness program strategy and execution
  • Ability to analyze and present data for decision-making
  • Project and vendor management
  • Budget and invoice oversight
  • Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements (CBAs)
  • Development and implementation of SOPs
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) – Human Resource Certification Institute (preferred)
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) – Society for Human Resource Management (preferred)
  • CEBS – Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (preferred)
