Job Purpose

The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the Manila office by delivering, maintaining, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to generate business insights and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to support business reporting
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using BI tools
• Write optimized queries to extract and manipulate data
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decisions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes

Technical Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
• Ability to design and maintain database schemas and views
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
• Experience creating dashboards for business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices (KPI design, UX, layout clarity)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and validation
• Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and insights
• Experience with structured and semi-structured data (plus)
• Experience automating data workflows, pipelines, or reports (plus)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
