Job Description:

SKILLS

  • QA Manager will lead a small group of testers and provide guidance, support and hands-on
  • test management. Significant project/program experience in an enterprise preferred.
  • Involvement in the planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks.
  • Develop overall test strategy
  • Review and endorse test plan and test report
  • Develop UAT Test Cases
  • Manage and provide leadership to a group of test professionals in the organization.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders, devise the test objectives, test strategies, and test
  • plans.
  • Measure, report and manage defects remediation, progress and test results throughout
  • testing phases.
  • Develop and refine test processes, methodologies, disciplines and measurements
  • Raise risks and issues
  • Ensure the effective application of defect management practices
  • Provide regular progress updates and input into the weekly project status reports and
  • other formal communications

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Experience in leading the ServiceNow testing projects for about 1-2 years and should
  • have complete knowledge of the testing process.
  • CSA certification (nice-to-have)
  • Must have minimum ISTQB Foundations certificate
  • SQL skills
  • Strong functional testing expertise
  • Proven project experience in software testing to provide considered, meaningful and
  • applicable advice
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude to be able to understand, question and organize
  • technical topics and translate them into business terms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence internal and external decision-makers
  • Good business analysis skills, will contribute to requirements continuous improvement
