Job Description:

This role drives the end-to-end quality, design, and delivery of training programs across distribution channels. Working closely with the Agency Management Team (Cluster Heads and Regional Sales Managers), the position focuses on executing impactful learning strategies and capabilities through train-the-trainer programs.

Major Accountabilities:

Training Delivery:

1. Onboarding & Licensing: Facilitates recruitment and pre-coding courses including IC Review and SLTC.

2. Rookie Training: Champions foundational programs like S.T.A.R.T., Product Knowledge, and the 4 Pillars of Financial Security.

3. Open Classes: Conducts specialized courses in Underwriting, Persistency 101, Claims, and Digital SUN.

4. Launches & Projects: Spearheads new product roll-outs and special ALD-related initiatives.

Training Needs Analysis

1. Roadmap Design: Partners with Instructional Design and Cluster Management to build advanced learning roadmaps.

2. Program Evaluation: Identifies and rolls out high-impact external training and professional designation course

Training logistics and records management

1.Manage logistics such as training calendar & pre-registration; venue, equipment and training materials; training budget; attendance database; post-course evaluation; and others that ALD might need to align with basic policies and procedures.

Participation in agency activities

Participate in initiatives that support ALD and Distribution objectives, such as but not limited to:

1) Training events for advisors (e.g. Macaulay and MDRT Programs, Summits, Congress)

2) Alignment of training roadmap, process and tools to agency fundamentals

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Behavioral Science, or any related field
  • With 3 to 5 years of training experience within the financial, life insurance, or mutual fund industry.
  • Has excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation/platform skills
  • Creative and capable of working under minimal supervision
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
  • Ability to design and edit infographics, art cards and videos
  • With driving skills and willing to travel
