HRTS Analyst
About the job HRTS Analyst
- Assists the HRTS Supervisor with implementations and process improvements.
- Supports HRTS projects which include analysis, design, implementation, testing, training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Supports the maintenance and administration of HR technology applications used across the enterprise including time tracking, compensation, benefits enrollment, performance management, recruiting, payroll, etc.
- Supports configuration application set-up, user access, system security, and integration to meet business requirements.
- Provides expertise in troubleshooting issues related to HR technology and integrations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or closely related field (required)
- +2 years' experience with Workday HCM configurations and supporting business processes, required
- Workday Certification (preferred)
Shift: Night Shift
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Setup: Hybrid, with a required 3-month onsite training period
