About the job HRTS Analyst
Role: The HRTS Analyst will support the HRTS team by supporting technical solutions for Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The analyst will also support the testing of integrations, configuration, and technology assistance with HCM systems in a global shared service environment. Based on business needs and individual skillsets, the role may also support automation-related initiatives, including assisting with robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that complement existing HR systems and end‑user support models.
- Assists the HRTS Supervisor with implementations and process improvements.
- Supports HRTS projects which include analysis, design, implementation, testing, training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Supports the maintenance and administration of HR technology applications used across the enterprise including time tracking, compensation, benefits enrollment, performance management, recruiting, payroll, etc.
- Supports configuration application set-up, user access, system security, and integration to meet business requirements.
- Provides expertise in troubleshooting issues related to HR technology and integrations.
- May support initiatives focused on improving efficiency and reducing manual effort through process optimization or automation, depending on role assignment.
- For assigned workstreams, assists with the testing, documentation, and support of RPA-enabled solutions in coordination with IT and automation teams.
- Documents process and system changes resulting from configuration updates or automation-related enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or closely related field (required)
- 2 years' experience with HCM configurations and supporting business processes (required)
- Experience supporting or contributing to automation initiatives (RPA, workflow automation, or system integrations) within HR or shared services environments (preferred)
- Strong experience in configuring and integrating data/modules within Workday, UKG and ServiceNow software.
- Workday Certification (preferred)
- UiPath RPA certification or equivalent automation training (preferred

Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home, with a required 3-month onsite training period
