Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a connector between the global Marketing Technology team and stakeholders across regions, fostering collaboration and embedding best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance on MarTech platforms, processes, and tools, with a strong focus on email marketing and automation (Cvent, Marketo).
  • Support day-to-day MarTech operations and continuous process improvement, including campaign workflows and data management.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve integration, efficiency, user adoption, and effectiveness across marketing platforms and processes.
  • Support the execution and optimization of complex email campaigns, ensuring best practices in deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and compliance.
  • Assist in managing MarTech products and processes by translating business objectives into technical requirements and supporting prioritization and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, provide feedback on product roadmaps, and participate in testing and upgrades.
  • Help centralize and organize marketing data to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and efficient information sharing.
  • Support adoption of new operating models through change management, training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new team members and promote the Marketing Technology teams services and capabilities.
  • Maintain continuous learning to stay current with marketing technology trends, tools, and automation practices.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the Marketing Technology function.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred; background in Marketing is advantageous.
  • Technical education or experience in Information Science, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field is a strong plus.
  • Experience in professional services or law firm environments is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing MarTech platforms, including campaign execution, segmentation, automation, data management, and multi-channel/email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Experience supporting virtual and hybrid marketing events.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience training, onboarding, and collaborating across teams and seniority levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Experience with project or product management, Agile methodologies, technology rollouts, and change management.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, data visualization, UX/UI principles is an advantage.
  • Experience in events coordination is a plus.
