Summary:

A growing non-profit US healthcare organization is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join its Global Business Services (GBS) team. This role will be responsible for supporting business unit and consolidated financial reporting, performing detailed analytics, and assisting in the preparation of management and audited financial statements.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analytics for business unit financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness, including Day 7 analytics.
  • Support the completeness of audited financial statements through detailed analytical reviews and assessments.
  • Maintain and update existing financial reports, as needed.
  • Prepare business unit reporting and management reports.
  • Prepare consolidated reporting and assist with legal and management consolidation processes, including topsides and exchange rate adjustments.
  • Post and review daily and monthly statistics to track financial performance and support operational analysis.
  • Assist in the production of quarterly and annual filings, including bondholder reporting, to meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
  • Organize and design consolidated trial balance for optimal external audit coverage.
  • Provide data support and insights for leadership decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields (required).
  • CPA preferred; MBA is a plus.
  • 1+ year of experience in financial accounting and/or analysis.
  • Experience in healthcare accounting and/or third-party reimbursement preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively.

Work Setup: Onsite (first 3 months then will transition to hybrid)

Schedule: Night Shift, 9:00 PM-6:00 AM
