About the job HRTS Expert
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains technical knowledge regarding human resource systems, including payroll, recruitment, time &attendance, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation.
- Leads and supports configuration application set-up, user access, system security, and integration to meet business requirements.
- Provides assistance with implementing new software programs and upgrades to current systems.
- Manages user testing for human resource systems and coordinates system implementation timelines and project plans.
- Assists with testing applications and enhancements as needed.
- Provides expertise in troubleshooting issues related to Technology.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors, Computer Science (required)
- 3+ years of IT experience required, with atleast one year in human resources;
- 2+ years as a functional/business analyst onlarge-scale projects in a global shared service environment (required)
- Knowledge of and experience using ServiceNow, UKG, Workday, specifically with Incident Management, Change Management, Request Management, Service Catalog, Discovery, Asset Management, and HR Case Management
Shift: Night Shift
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Setup: Hybrid, with a required 3-month onsite training period
